Lepidolite is an excellent stone for easing hot flashes & helps ease depression. Amethyst protects and helps reduce any overwhelming worries and fears you may undergo. Black Tourmaline works as a stone of emotional wellbeing and helps easing anxiety, negative thought, anger and helps with the root chakra at this time. Apatite is a stone known for weight loss as it suppresses hunger and raises metabolism. Moonstone is a master healer for women’s hormonal system and helps sooth and calms the emotions.
